1.     Distribution of Powers within the Public School System and the First Amendment; a study of how the three philosophical approaches to the Constitution, which are Communitarianism, Liberalism and Civic Republicanism, affect the framework of  the power distribution among related persons and bodies within the public school system under the first amendment.   

          2.  Rationales and structure of the general principle of "respect of the views of the

child"; a study on how this general principle of the Convention on the Rights of the Child is related to the realization of the human dignity of the child and how this principle can be shaped as the procedural right of the child as an individual and the participatory right of the children as a group.
